  • 1-to-1 run form video analysis & feedback

  • follow up email including slow-motion video & custom commentary

  • Demonstration of run drills, stretches and functional strength exercises for running

COLIN Norris IS A PROFESSIONAL TRIATHLETE & coach who is tutored UNDER MIKE TREEs (FORMER WORLD ELITE NO.2 IN DUATHLON AND MASTERS WORLD RECORD HOLDER) and is CURRENTLY COACHED BY LUC VAN LIERDE (2 X IRONMAN WORLD CHAMPION)

personal bests include:

  • 30'40" for 10km

  • 1:10'48" for half ironman run (21.1km)
