CRT PERFORMANCE LAB – First Running Form session

In October we kicked off the Running Form Sessions with our Lead Coach Colin.

The session was focused on the basics of run training for both pure running and triathlon, and included:

  • 1-to-1 run form video analysis & feedback

  • Follow up email including slow-motion video & custom commentary

  • Demonstration of run drills, stretches and functional strength exercises for running

Following the session, each participant received a video of their slow-motion running form with Colin's analysis as voiceover.
